Every project follows four key phases: Discovery (understanding your goals), Concept (developing the creative direction), Production (bringing it to life), and Delivery (final polish and handoff). I keep you involved at every stage with regular updates and approval checkpoints. Check out my Process page for a detailed breakdown.

Feedback is built into the process at strategic points—typically after concepts, after initial animation, and before final delivery. Most projects include 2-3 rounds of revisions at each stage. I find that focused, consolidated feedback works best, and I'm always happy to hop on a call to discuss changes in detail.

Absolutely. Most of my clients are remote. I use tools like Frame.io for review, Slack or email for communication, and video calls for important discussions. Time zones are rarely an issue—I'm flexible and experienced at async collaboration.

I typically work on a project basis rather than hourly. After our initial conversation, I'll provide a detailed proposal with clear deliverables and pricing. For ongoing relationships, I also offer retainer arrangements. Every project is different, so I tailor my approach to your specific needs and budget.

Timeline varies significantly based on scope. A simple animated logo might take 2-3 weeks, while a brand film could be 8-12 weeks. During our discovery call, I'll give you a realistic timeline based on your specific project. I always build in buffer for revisions and unexpected challenges.

Yes, I typically require 50% upfront to begin work, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. For larger projects, we can discuss milestone-based payments. This protects both of us and ensures commitment from the start.

My primary tools are After Effects for motion design, Cinema 4D and Blender for 3D work, and the Adobe Creative Suite for supporting tasks. I also use Frame.io for client review, Notion for project management, and various plugins and scripts that speed up my workflow.

I deliver in whatever formats you need—typically H.264/MP4 for web, ProRes for broadcast/archival, and optimized versions for social platforms. I can also provide Lottie files for web animations, GIFs, and image sequences. Just let me know your requirements.

Definitely. I regularly work within established brand systems. Send me your brand guidelines, assets, and any existing motion principles, and I'll ensure everything I create is consistent with your visual identity.

I specialize in motion design, 3D animation, and visual storytelling. This includes brand films, product videos, explainer animations, title sequences, social content, and UI/UX motion. If you're unsure whether your project fits, just reach out—I'm happy to discuss.

I can coordinate sound design and music through my network of trusted audio partners. This is typically handled as a separate line item in the project budget. If you have existing audio assets or a preferred composer, I'm happy to work with them directly.

Yes! Some of my best work comes from projects where I'm involved early in the creative process. I can help develop concepts, write scripts, and shape the overall direction—not just execute someone else's vision. Let me know what level of involvement you're looking for.
